Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for Consultant Services for Safe Transportation Services in Rural Areas Options Study
The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) with financing from the World Bank/ International Development Association (IDA) is implementing the Cambodia Roads Connectivity Improvement Project (Project) which seeks to improve climate resilient rural road connectivity in selected provinces. The project consists of four components: (1) National and Provincial Roads Improvement; (2) Rural Roads Improvement; (3) Institutional Development and Project Management; and (4) Contingent Emergency Response. The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has obtained financing from the International Development Association IDA) towards the cost of the Cambodia Southeast Asia Disaster Risk Management Project II for rehabilitation and upgrade of Rural Roads in Cambodia. The proposed PDO is to be achieved through the following components: (1) Institutional strengthening for disaster resilience at the national level; (2) Resilient rural transport infrastructure reconstruction and maintenance; (3) Project Management; and (4) Contingency Emergency Response.
MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and the International Development Association (IDA) are in the process of finalizing the financial assistance from IDA towards the cost of the South East Asia Disaster Risk Management Project (“Resilience of Rural Infrastructure Project”) for rehabilitation and upgrade of Rural Roads. RGC intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for: Engineering Consultant Company for detailed surveys, engineering designs and estimation, construction supervision, monitoring and verification of outputs, strengthening of MRD’s financial management and reporting, capacity building for MRD staff in project management and construction supervision/contract management.

ឯកឧត្តម ភួង សោភា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានចូលរួមជាអធិបតីតំណាង ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អ៊ុក រ៉ាប៊ុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយ អំពីផែនការការងារ និងផែនការថវិកាឆ្នាំ២០២៣ របស់ គម្រោងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពផលិតភាពជនបទ (NRRPCP) ដែលគាំទ្រដោយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងធនាគារវិនិយោគហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធអាស៊ី (AIIB) នៅសណ្ឋាគារហ៊ីម៉ាវ៉ារី ថ្ងៃទី ១៩ ខែ ឧសភា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ទទួលបានគ្រឹះដ៏សំខាន់ សម្រាប់ការតម្រង់ទិសបន្តដល់ក្រុមការងារ គ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង ក្រុមការងារអនុវត្តគម្រោង បានយល់ដឹងច្បាស់អំពីផែនការការងារថវិកាប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ គម្រោង និងរយៈពេលអនុវត្តការងាររបស់សមាសភាគនីមួយៗ ដែលផ្តោតលើគោលដៅធំៗចំនួន៥គឺ៖
- ចែករំលែកផែនការការងារថវិកាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដល់ក្រុមការងារ PMU និង PIU
- កំណត់យន្តការសម្រាប់បង្កើនការចូលរួមជាមួយ PIUs ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការអនុវត្ត
- លើកទឹកចិត្ត PMU & PIU អោយពន្លឿនការអនុវត្ត
- ពង្រឹងគណនេយ្យភាព និងតម្លាភាពរបស់ PIUs
- ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងអំពីគោលនយោបាយ និងនីតិវិធីគណនេយ្យ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៦កើត ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំថោះ បញ្ចស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៦ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ លោក អ៊ួង ប៉ុណ្ណាកា អគ្គនាយករងបច្ចេកទេស និងជាប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពផលិតភាពជនបទ (NRRPCP) បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសគម្រោង អមដំណើរ ប្រតិភូបេសកកម្មធនាគារវិនិយោគហេដ្ឋរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធអាស៊ី(AIIB) ចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យខ្សែផ្លូវដែលគ្រោងនឹងសាងសង់ ខ្សែផ្លូវ DBST សែលមានប្រវែង ១០.២៧៨ គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ចាប់ពី ភូមិជាំទ្រៀក ឃុំតាមោង ទៅកាន់ភូមិថ្មទទឹង ឃុំជាំតាម៉ៅ ស្រុកមេមត់ ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ (LOT 4)។

Invitation for Bids IFB: NRRPCP/22/NCB/ WWA-2 (3 Lots)
The Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) towards the cost of the Cambodia National Restoration of Rural Productive Capacity Project (NRRPCP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. The National Competitive Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the AIIB. The eligibility rules and procedures of AIIB will govern the bidding process. The bidding will be in accordance with the AIIB’s Procurement Policy.
