MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and the International Development Association (IDA) are in the process of finalizing the financial assistance from IDA towards the cost of the South East Asia Disaster Risk Management Project (“Resilience of Rural Infrastructure Project”) for rehabilitation and upgrade of Rural Roads.  RGC intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for: Engineering Consultant Company for detailed surveys, engineering designs and estimation, construction supervision, monitoring and verification of outputs, strengthening of MRD’s financial management and reporting, capacity building for MRD staff in project management and construction supervision/contract management.
